Kilkenny is home to many local food and craft producers and we are delighted to have them feature at the St. Patrick’s Festival Market 2026, along with hand selected stalls from all over Ireland. There is nothing quite like buying a locally made gift or enjoying lunch made fresh before your eyes. Work up an appetite enjoying the St. Patrick’s Festival Kilkenny festivities then stop by the Festival Market on the Mayor’s Walk (right beside The Parade Plaza in Kilkenny city) where vendors will be serving a range of street food and local crafts. Soak up the festive atmosphere, pick up a memento or feast on your food at the festival benches.
Alongside the market you can enjoy funfair rides like the Big Wheel, Vintage Carousel, and Helter Skelter or enjoy free family entertainment and workshops across the days. There will be a covered seating area to enjoy your purchases as you soak up the festival atmosphere.
